The FS-TC-HC high-low temperature testing system is mainly used for optical item testing of various types of automotive displays under ambient temperature and illumination environments.
Through the optical fiber and lens combination connected to the eyepiece of the array spectrometer, and with a high-definition industrial-grade CCD device loaded to observe the position of the current measurement point, the optical path is guided into the measuring instrument through optical fibers. The array spectrometer then performs integral measurement to obtain the product's optical data.
The FS-TC-HC high-low temperature testing platform is equipped with 6 linear axes + 3 rotation axes. The CCD lens is adjusted and fixed on the axes, cooperating with computer-controlled axis movement for point-by-point measurement of any point position on the light-emitting surface of the product. The platform can measure the product's incident angle range of 0~80° as well as optical characteristics at any omnidirectional angle. Paired with the US original temperature control equipment ATS 545 to heat or cool the product, it measures the optical characteristics of any point of the product under different temperatures. Additionally, it can be optionally equipped with Fstar FS-GRT to measure the product's response time, etc.
