 Ambient Light RGB Calibration System

The Ambient Light RGB Calibration System is a calibration, verification, and testing system developed by Fushida for IC-controlled PCBA-based ambient lights.


System Advantages

  • Wide IC compatibility: It supports various models from multiple mainstream manufacturers currently available on the market, including Melexis, NXP, Elmos, Indie micro, Renesas, ISSI, ST, TINY CHIP, BYD, and Silergy. The system can calibrate PCBA products that achieve RGB color mixing of ambient lights through code.
  • Dual calibration modes: Based on IC and LED bead models, the system offers a standard calibration mode and a high-precision mode with temperature drift compensation.
  • Broad luminance measurement range: The spectrometer integrated into the system covers a luminance measurement range of 0.005 nit to 60,000 nit, suitable for most PCBA-based LED bead luminance levels available on the market.
  • High color accuracy: Under standard luminance, the instrument’s color accuracy is within 0.2%, fully complying with national first-class standard instrument accuracy and ensuring the color accuracy of tested products.
  • Integrated functionality: The system integrates programming, calibration, and verification in one, improving efficiency while reducing users’ R&D and production costs. It not only meets laboratory testing needs but also can connect to MES systems to serve as inspection stations in production lines.


System Features

  • Rapidly detects RGB chromatic coordinates (Cx, Cy for CIE1931; u', v' for CIE1976) and luminous flux of ambient light modules.
  • Calibrates RGB through dimming algorithms, adjusting LEDs of different bins to eliminate their differences.
  • Supports calibration of LED modules of different bins from major brands.
  • The system can automatically determine OK/NG results.
  • Supports viewing and backing up test result data.
